The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful at all times. the breakfast was diverse and offered great value for money. the hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to local attractions and amenities.

The parking fee was an unexpected expense that could have been included in the room rate. the lack of alternative dining options besides pizza for dinner may not suit all guests' preferences.

The location of this place is fantastic, as it is just in front of a tram station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant. They even helped me with ordering food and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. Additionally, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the city and mountains. I couldn't resist capturing the view every day with my camera.

Perfect location for an event at the nearby stadium. Tram stop immediately outside hotel so easy access into Clermont old town.

Not many options nearby for eating in the evening. Necessary to travel into town, although this is very easily achieved.

I always stay at this hotel. From my first stay, the staff helped me with taxi tips. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness club, and non-smoking rooms. I'll be back for New Year!
